GymUp is a workout journal designed for individuals who prioritize achieving results and enhancing the effectiveness of their training. With GymUp, you can select a training program, track your progress, and record your workout results.
Key features of GymUp include:
- WEAR OS SUPPORT - Create workouts on your phone and add sets directly from your Wear OS watch. This allows you to minimize phone usage during training and focus more on your workout.
- RECORD TRAINING RESULTS - Conveniently and logically record your workout results. GymUp supports supersets, trisets, giantets, and circular training. Results are recorded based on previous ones, simplifying and expediting the process. The built-in rest timer ensures you don't rest for too long and alerts you with sound, vibration, or a notification on your phone or fitness bracelet.
- TRAINING PROGRAMS REFERENCE - Access over 60 carefully selected programs from top trainers, with more than half of them available for free. Use the filter to easily find a program suitable for your specific goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or strength improvement. Filter options also include gender, training location, desired frequency, and current fitness level. Once you've selected a program, you can customize it according to your preferences.
- EXERCISES REFERENCE - Explore a database of over 500 training exercises. Each exercise is thoroughly described and organized with descriptive images featuring both male and female models. Use the filter or search by name to find the perfect exercise. Filter options include muscle group, exercise type (e.g., cardio, strength), equipment needed, effort level, and proficiency level.
- MAKING YOUR OWN TRAINING PROGRAMS - If you can't find a suitable program in the directory or prefer to create your own, GymUp allows you to easily design a custom training program. You can even share your completed program with a friend for joint training.
- COMMUNITY OF ATHLETES - Engage in discussions about training programs and exercises within the GymUp community.
- ANALYSIS OF TRAINING AND PROGRAMS ON ACTIVE MUSCLES - Analyze training programs, workout days, and individual exercises to identify the specific muscles worked. This visual analysis is facilitated by dynamic drawings of muscles on a body diagram.
- VIEWING PREVIOUS RESULTS AND CURRENT PLANNING - Review previous exercise results, track progress with charts, and set new goals based on the information. Determine areas that need improvement, such as weight lifted, repetitions performed, rest time, or number of sets.
